Our group has been working as General and Landcape Contractors in California since 2015.
Since 2016 we have been working on affordable housing projects all over the West Coast.
Our experiences have led us to believe that Modern Manufactured Housing is the key to solving the housing crisis in California.
We provide individuals and groups with custom prefabricated homes at below market prices.

We bring projects from inception to completion with a focus on the final details that will make your house feel like a home. This includes project management of decks, awnings, interior modifications and landscaping.
